Will my purchase come with the original manufacturer’s box and papers?

This will depend on which extraordinary product you've choose. For example, for all watch brands we are an authorised dealer for, all new products come with the original papers and box. With vintage or rare watches, this may not always be possible. More often than not, we receive the original papers and box with a vintage watch. But sometimes this is not the case, in which case we will always specify on the product listings!

All products we sell undergo a test by our procurement specialists and are validated as authentic. For extra peace of mind, we also provide 2 year warranty certificate on all sales, no matter how vintage!

 

How often should I get my watch serviced?

We suggest that you service your watch every 3-5 years. But there are sometimes occasions where your watch may need to be serviced earlier. For more on this, check out our blog here. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

This will vary depending on which jaw dropping product you’ve chosen. If you’ve picked something we have in stock, it should be with you within 3 working days from the time of payment. But, if you’re after something a bit spicier and have chosen a rare find that we don’t currently have in stock, this may take a bit longer. Any customisations will also take time. But we will keep you informed of the progress and time scale every step of the way.

We sell both new and pre owned watches, in most cases the pre-owned watches have never been worn and come in factory seals with manufacturers guarantee.

What does it mean when a watch is unworn?

An unworn watch has not been used in any capacity and contains all the relevant itinerary that you would expect from a new product.

 

Do you offer finance?

Can I reclaim VAT if I'm from outside the EU?

VAT can be reclaimed from purchases of new products that are VAT inclusive. You cannot reclaim VAT on our Pre-owned products.
