Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have a private showroom which you can book an appointment to come and see us. We also have personal hand delivery options available on enquiry.

What brands do you sell?

As well as our own MJJ Exclusive collections, you’ll find on our website all the world's leading brands such as: Hublot, Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille, and Cartier. We also love our independent watchmakers and work together as an Authorised Dealership with brands such as: Jacobs & Co., Graham Watches, HYT, Hautlence, Manufacture Royale, Linde Werdelin, and SevenFriday.

But these are just a few of the brands we’re able to offer. If you’re after something that isn’t listed on our website, please get in touch and we’ll source it for you.

Can I have some advice?

Of course. It can be overwhelming when you’re looking at a website full of choices. So if you need any clarity, just give us a call. We’re just a bunch of normal people with a love of watches, jewellery and fashion, we’ll happily chat and see how we can help you.


How do you authenticate your products?

Any products that we do not source directly from the original manufacturers are sourced via a global network of verified distributors that we have built up over many years.

Every product that comes through our doors undergoes a strict quality control and authenticated using global security and verification registers.

We also provide a warranty with every item for your peace of mind.

Do you part-exchange?

We sure do. Contact us and we’ll get you started on this process.

Will you sell my watch?

Yep. No problem! We can sell your watch for you.

Do you offer a repair service?

We’ll repair any watch or jewellery piece where possible. This will be carried out either by our in-house watchmakers and goldsmiths, or by the original manufacturers, depending on your warranty and preference.

Can you service my watch?

Yes, of course!

We suggest that you service your watch every 3-5 years.

But there are sometimes occasions where your watch may need to be serviced earlier.

Where do you deliver to?

Anywhere. From North Pole to South Pole. Wherever you are in the world we will get it to you.

How do I return an item?

If for some reason you’re not entirely happy with your new purchase, you can return it to us. A returns label will be included in your parcel.

If you no longer have this label, or if you have concerns over whether your parcel is insured, please fill out our Returns form here.

Does my purchase come with a warranty?

Yes! You can find all the info on our Warranty Page.

When will my parcel arrive?

A dispatch estimation is noted alongside every product that is listed on our site. Once your item has been dispatched, your parcel will be delivered according to the delivery option you have chosen.

If you have ordered an item from our site already, please refer to your purchase confirmation email for your specific date of delivery.

Do you hand deliver?

Hand delivery of your item can be arranged, please speak to one of our team on 0330 124 3591.


Do you sell tax-free?

Yes on products that include VAT! The website is will automatically deduct the VAT at checkout if it is applicable and being shipped to a country outside EU. Sadly you cannot reclaim the VAT on products from brands such as Rolex, Audemars Piguet and Patek Philippe. Please contact us to find out more.

If you purchase from within EU, but are legible to reclaim tax, please ask us for a tax reclaim form!

What payment options do you offer?

We offer a broad range of secure payment options for your convenience. We accept debit and credit card payments from the following; Mastercard, Visa and Amex. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Klarna are also available payment options on our store. Selected products will have finance options available via our partner V12. If you would like to use another payment method, please contact us.

Do you offer finance?

Yes. We have a range of interest free and interest bearing finance options on a large range of our products. Finance is available up to the amount of £15,000. To find out more about finance, please visit our Finance & Payment page here.
